1. Products & Services
Eldem Floral specializes in:
- Fresh cut flowers
- Hand-tied bouquets
- Floral arrangements (including weddings, events, and special occasions)
- Condolence and sympathy flowers
- Floral accessories
We strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers and accessories. However, due to the nature of fresh products, slight variations in size, color, or availability may occur.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before processing.
- Prices listed on our website are in Ghana Cedi (GHS) and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery & Pickup
- Deliveries are available within our service areas as stated at checkout.
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the cutoff time.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, we may contact them directly or arrange for redelivery (additional fees may apply).
- Pickup orders are available at our store during business hours.
4. Substitutions & Availability
- In rare cases, specific flowers or accessories may be unavailable due to seasonality or supply issues.
- We reserve the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and theme of the arrangement.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Because flowers are perishable, cancellations and refunds must follow these rules:
- Same-day delivery orders: cancellations must be made within 1 hour after the order is placed to be eligible for a full refund.
- Next-day delivery orders: cancellations must be made on the same day the order was placed.
- Orders scheduled for more than two days ahead: cancellations must be made by the next day after the order was placed to qualify for a full refund.
- Late cancellations (outside the periods above) may only qualify for a partial refund or no refund at all, at the sole discretion of Eldem Floral.
- Concerns regarding delivered products must be reported within 12 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.
6. Floral Care
- After delivery, the care and longevity of flowers depend on the recipient.
- Instructions for care may be provided; failure to follow them may affect freshness and does not qualify for refunds.
7. Website Use
- All content, images, and designs on eldemfloral.com are the property of Eldem Floral and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.
- We are not responsible for any technical errors, downtime, or inaccuracies on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eldem Floral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected only for processing orders, deliveries, and improving our services. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.
